Safe, Verified Carpooling for Women — Welcome to Her Pool
Commuting shouldn't require compromising on comfort or safety. With eZway's Her Pool, female commuters can choose to travel exclusively with verified female hosts and co-riders, backed by mandatory Aadhaar KYC, live GPS sharing, and an instant SOS response shield.
Our 6-Layer Safety Architecture
Every layer is designed to provide complete peace of mind before, during, and after your trip.
100% Aadhaar KYC & Face Match
Every single member on eZway verifies their identity using government-issued Aadhaar authentication combined with live selfie liveness detection before they can book or offer a ride.
Her Pool: Women-Only Matching
Female hosts and female passengers can activate Her Pool to travel exclusively with other verified women. Male co-riders cannot view or join Her Pool designated rides.
Live GPS Trip Sharing
With a single tap, share your active trip status and real-time live GPS location with your family or trusted emergency contacts, accessible on any web browser without downloading the app.
Instant In-App SOS Beacon
One-touch emergency button alerts our rapid response safety team, sends SMS alerts with exact vehicle coordinates to your emergency contacts, and provides direct access to 112 emergency services.
OTP-Verified Boarding
Rides only begin when the host enters the guest's secret dynamic OTP, confirming that both parties are matched with the correct vehicle and verified driver.
Two-Way Ratings & Strict Conduct
After every trip, hosts and guests rate each other. Any reported harassment, unsafe driving, or breach of community standards results in immediate account deactivation.
